WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION?
Please remember there will be NO REFUND for a cancellation made within 14 days of arrival.
Reservation cancellations made prior to TWO WEEKS of arrival date will receive a refund returned to the credit card used for payment, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. When a reservation is made for multiple rooms, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for each room cancelled.
Any modification made within 14 days of arrival will be treated as a reservation cancellation with penalty fees.
Sorry, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT for unused room nights or services will be given in the event of a late arrival, early departure or inclement weather conditions.
HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO THE BEACH AND THE WASHINGTON STREET MALL?
We are six blocks from the beach (about a 15 minute walk)

CAN I REQUEST A ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR?
ALL of our rooms are GROUND LEVEL-no stairs involved
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
On-site parking is available for 1 car per room (small to mid-size vehicles). Larger and additional vehicles may park on the street where there’s plenty of space and NO METERS.
ARE YOU SMOKE-FREE?
We do not allow smoking in any rooms, the front porch or pool. There is a designated smoking area off to the side of the property.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL?
YES! Our outdoor, heated pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend and closes at the end of Columbus Day Weekend. Daily hours are from 10am-7pm. For the safety and comfort for all of our guests, our pool is ONLY for the use of our REGISTERED GUESTS.
DO YOU HAVE BREAKFAST?
We serve a light continental breakfast from the 3rd weekend in June thru Labor Day.
DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH CHAIRS OR UMBRELLAS?
YES! We have free beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for our guests at a designated beach. Simply show your room key to the attendant and they set everything up! (2 chairs/1 umbrella per key) The Philadelphia Street beach does have restroom facilities. (Please note, beach tags and towels are NOT provided by us.)
DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TAGS OR TOWELS?
NO. Beach tags may easily be purchased at the end of our street, Madison Ave. Click here for current beach tag rate and other information about Cape May beaches.
Please bring your own towels for the beach.
DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
We simply can not guarantee that a room will be available for an early check-in so please keep this in mind when planning your arrival (especially when travelling with small children or dogs).
We are unable to extend a late check out at this time.
