Reservation Info:

  • Single night bookings require payment in full. Multiple night stays require a 50% deposit at time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER
  • You must be 21 years old to make a reservation.
  • Any reservation made on behalf of someone under 21 will NOT be honored.
  • Proper ID will be required upon check-in.
  • DOGS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN PET-FRIENDLY ROOMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • ANY BOOKING MADE WITH A DOG IN A NON PET FRIENDLY ROOM WILL NOT BE HONORED
  • Rates are confirmed only with a reservation and deposit. Unconfirmed rates are subject to change.
  • All rooms are subject to NJ state tax and NJ local room tax.
  • All rates quoted for two guests.  
  • Additional adults are $25/night, children ages 11-17 are an additional $15/night  
  • Cots or Pack & Plays are available free of charge; however, supplies are limited. Please be sure to request these when making your reservation.

Privacy Policy for Credit Card Processing

  • Our Mission – At the Blue Fish Inn, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.
  • Information Collection – Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at the Blue Fish Inn. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally, identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Blue Fish Inn does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site. We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.
  • Security – At the Blue Fish Inn, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation, we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
  • Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
  • Policy Modifications – Blue Fish Inn may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.

Cancellation or Modification Policy

  • Please remember there will be NO REFUND for a cancellation made within 14 days of arrival.
  • Reservation cancellations made prior to TWO WEEKS of arrival date will receive a refund returned to the credit card used for payment, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. When a reservation is made for multiple rooms, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for each room cancelled.
  • Any modification made within 14 days of arrival will be treated as a reservation cancellation with penalty fees.
  • Sorry, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT for unused room nights or services will be given in the event of a late arrival, early departure or inclement weather conditions.

Single Night Reservations:

  • Single Nights available.
  • In Season: A single night fee of $50 applies Fridays and Saturdays in addition to regular room rates.
  • Off Season: Please call to inquire about a single night reservation.

Check-in/Check-out:

  • Check-in is between 2PM and 6PM Please call or email if arriving after 6pm so that we may explain our simple check in procedure.
  • Check-out is no later 11AM.

Parking:

  • On-site parking is available for one small – midsized vehicle per unit. Ample street parking is available for larger vehicles.

Beach:

  • We are 6 blocks from the beach. The upside is that our beach chairs & umbrella are already waiting for you at the beach. No lugging required.
  • We do NOT provide beach tags or beach towels.  Click here for current beach tag rate and other information about Cape May beaches.

Non-Smoking Policy:

  • All rooms are NON-SMOKING. This policy is STRICTLY enforced. If anyone is caught smoking in the rooms or any residual effects are found from smoking an automatic $200.00 fee will be charged to your credit card to ensure clean up and smoke residue removal.
  • Smoking is prohibited on front porch, parking lot area and pool.

Blue Fish Inn Dog Friendly Policies & Information

  • The Blue Fish only accepts dogs. Sorry, cats are not permitted.
  • A fee of $25.00/night per dog (2 dog max) will be applied.
  • Leashes are required at all times while on the property.
  • Pets are NOT permitted in common areas (lobby, pool area, courtyard area).
  • A Designated Pet Area for your pet’s bathroom needs is provided and a strict clean up policy for pet’s waste and disposal of same will be required and strictly enforced.
  • House Keeping WILL NOT enter a room with a pet. You MUST have your pet crated or removed from the room and you must inform the staff prior to 11:00 AM that your pet has been secured prior to their entering your unit if you would like your room cleaned.
  • You MUST provide a working, active cell phone number that you will carry with you throughout your stay. If your pet is barking excessively or seems to be experiencing some distress we will contact you at the provided number and ask you to return promptly to address the situation. This policy is strictly enforced as to not disrupt other guests during their stay at the Blue Fish Inn.
  • Special care is take to service our pet friendly rooms if you are allergic to some pets but not others there still may be an allergic factor to consider. Refunds will NOT be given for an allergic reaction.
  • Dogs are not permitted in our bathtubs.  Do not use our towels on your dog.
  • Any damages incurred by dog will be charged accordingly
